Lidl Plus x TUI Campaign
LIDL & COMPANHIA, headquartered at Rua Pé de Mouro 18, Linhó, 2714-510 Sintra, registered at the Commercial Registry Office of Sintra, Municipality of Sintra under the single registration and legal person number 503 340 855, with a share capital of €498,800.00, hereinafter referred to as "Lidl & Cia.", together with TUI AMBASSADOR TOURS, UNIPESSOAL LDA, headquartered at Avenida Conselheiro Fernando de Sousa, 25-A, 1070-072 Lisbon, under the single registration and legal person number 514 076 330, with a share capital of €100,000.00, hereinafter referred to as "TUI", promote between 01/06/2026 and 30/06/2026, a promotional partnership as follows:
1. Mechanics of Partnership.
1.1. The partnership is intended for all individuals of legal age and residing in Portuguese territory who are registered in the Lidl Plus mobile application (App).
1.2. The app is available for free download on the App Store (iOS), Play Store (Android) and AppGallery (Huawei), requiring Internet access to use it.
1.3. To register on the Lidl Plus app, you must provide your personal data and accept the terms and conditions of the app.
1.4. Between June 1, 2026 and June 30, 2026, for each purchase of a minimum value of €30.00 (thirty euros), made in Lidl supermarkets by reading the Lidl Plus virtual card, the customer automatically earns virtual stamps in the respective Lidl Plus app, as detailed in point 1.4.1.
1.4.1. Depending on the value of the purchase, several virtual stamps may be awarded, as described below. For example:
- €29.99, no stamp is awarded;
- €30, 1 (one) stamp is awarded;
- €59.99, 1 (one) stamp is awarded;
- 60€, 2 (two) stamps are awarded;
- €89.99, 2 (two) stamps are awarded;
- €90, 3 (three) stamps are awarded;
- €119, 3 (three) stamps are awarded;
- 120€, 4 (four) stamps are awarded.
1.4.2. Purchases made without scanning the Lidl Plus virtual card will not generate virtual stamps. It will not be possible to associate a Lidl Plus card with a previous purchase a posteriori.
1.4.3. By accumulating 4 virtual stamps in the Lidl Plus app, the customer will have access through the aforementioned application to 1 (one) promotional code that will allow him to obtain 1 (one) voucher of €50.00 (fifty euros) in TUI.pt under special conditions, as follows:
1.4.3.1. Voucher of €50.00 (fifty euros) for use in reservations with a minimum value of €700.00 (seven hundred euros), applicable to the following products in TUI.pt:
- Flight + hotel packages
- Travel Packages
- Hotel Booking
- Cruises
- Tailor-made trips
1.4.3.2. The voucher is NOT applicable to the following products/services:
- Isolated transport
- Experiences
- Transfers
- Events
- Rent-a-car
1.4.3.3. The use of the voucher can be combined with the TUI Summer Campaign, in force until June 15th.
1.4.3.4. The voucher is valid for bookings made until September 30, 2026 and trips to be made until December 31, 2026.
1.4.3.5. The voucher is valid for a single use, associated with the customer's email, non-transferable, not cumulative with other vouchers and not convertible into cash.
1.4.4. Only one promotional code will be generated per customer.
1.4.5. The campaign is limited to 1 (one) offer per customer.
1.5. To use the promotional code, the customer must click on "Redeem offer", being redirected to the TUI website, where he must enter the code and meet the eligibility criteria defined for its application.
2. Advertising
The partnership will be advertised in www.tui.pt, on the Lidl Plus App and on the www.lidl.pt and www.lidlplus.pt websites. The partnership may also be communicated in other media that TUI and Lidl & Co. consider relevant, such as social networks, television, radio, leaflets, posters and in-store.
3. Acceptance of the Campaign Conditions
3.1. Participation in this Campaign implies the customer's full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as well as the Terms and Conditions of the Lidl Plus App.3.2. Lidl and TUI reserve the right to remove any participant who is found to be in violation of this regulation.3.3. Any participant who acts in bad faith will be automatically excluded.3.4. Participants with false, inaccurate or incomplete data will be excluded.
3.5. TUI reserves the right to:
- Invalidate vouchers in case of fraudulent or improper use;
- Cancel duplicate vouchers or vouchers generated by ineligible means;
- Reject bookings that don't meet the campaign criteria.
3.6. The application of the voucher is subject to automatic verification of the following criteria:
- Code validity
- Single use
- Minimum booking amount
- Product Eligibility
- Booking and travel dates
3.7. If any of these conditions are not met, the voucher will not be applied.
3.8. It is not allowed to use more than one voucher in the same reservation.
3.9. All doubts about the interpretation of the terms and conditions will be analyzed and decided by the promoters of the Campaign.
4. Other Conditions and Considerations
4.1. If, for technical reasons beyond the control of TUI, Lidl or Lidl Stiftung & Co. KG, it is not possible to issue the voucher at the scheduled time, it will be made available as soon as possible.
4.2. Lidl & Co. will make reasonable efforts to ensure the operation of the Lidl Plus App and will not be liable for external failures.
4.3. The entities involved are not responsible for technical errors or incorrect data.
4.4. None of the entities will be liable for non-compliance arising from force majeure.
4.5. Lidl & Co. and TUI reserve the right to interrupt the Campaign for reasons beyond their control. In case of improper or fraudulent use, the measures deemed appropriate may be adopted, including the cancellation of the benefits granted.
5. Confidentiality and Data Protection
5.1. Lidl and TUI act as independent data controllers.5.2. Lidl processes the data within the framework of the Lidl Plus App.5.3. The terms of the Lidl Plus privacy policy apply.5.4. There is no transmission of personal data from Lidl to TUI.5.5. The TUI portal is your sole responsibility and subject to its terms.
6. Final provisions
6.1. Lidl & Co. reserves the right to change the conditions.6.2. TUI and Lidl may amend, suspend or cancel the campaign for operational or force majeure reasons.
6.3. The use of the Lidl Plus App is subject to its terms and conditions.6.4. Bookings made in TUI.pt are subject to the general terms and conditions of TUI.
Note: Lidl & Co. is responsible for managing the Lidl Plus App, assigning virtual stamps and providing promotional codes. TUI is responsible for managing the landing page, issuing vouchers and using them for bookings made in TUI.pt.
