How can I get the TUI voucher?
You must make purchases at Lidl with a minimum value of €30, using the Lidl Plus app during the month of June. For every eligible purchase, you receive in-app badges. By accumulating 4 stamps, you will have access to a unique code.
Where do I find my code?
The code will be available in the Lidl Plus app, in the partnerships section.
Once I have the Lidl code, what do I do?
You must access https://tui.pt/pt/lidlplus/, enter the code and fill in your details to receive the €50 voucher.

What is the value of the TUI voucher?
The voucher is worth €50.
Is the voucher a direct discount?
Yes, this is a €50 discount applied to the total amount of the reservation made in https://www.tui.pt/, as long as you meet the conditions.
Can the voucher be converted into cash?
No. The voucher is not convertible into cash.
Is the voucher associated with me?
Yes. The voucher is personal, associated with your email, and non-transferable.
Validity
Until when can I use the TUI voucher?
You can use it on bookings made until September 30, 2026.
Until when can I travel with the voucher?
Trips must be made by December 31, 2026.
What happens if I don't use the voucher on time?
The voucher expires automatically and cannot be used or reactivated.
Terms of use
Is there a minimum booking amount?
Yes. The voucher is only applicable on bookings with a minimum value of €700.
Can I use the voucher on any type of trip?
The voucher is valid for:
- Flight + hotel packages
- Travel Packages
- Hotels
- Cruises
- Tailor-made trips
Is the voucher valid for flight only?
No. The voucher is not applicable to:
- Isolated transport (flights)
- Experiences
- Transfers
- Rent-a-car
- Events
Utilization and limits
Can I use the voucher on more than one booking?
No. Each voucher can only be used once.
Can I use more than one voucher on the same booking?
No. Only one voucher is allowed per booking.
Can I get more than one voucher?
No. Each customer is entitled to a single code and respective voucher within the scope of this campaign.
Can I share my voucher with someone else?
No. The voucher is personal and non-transferable.
Booking process
When should I use the voucher?
The voucher must be inserted in https://www.tui.pt/ after selecting the travel services and filling in the passenger(s) data, before making the payment, in the "PROMOTIONAL CODE" field.
What happens if I forget to enter the voucher?
The voucher cannot be applied later.
Why is my voucher not working?
The voucher may not be valid if:
- Already used
- Does not meet the minimum amount
- The product is not eligible
- Is out of expiration dates
- The code is incorrect
Other conditions
Can I cancel a booking and reuse the voucher?
No. Once used, the voucher is considered consumed.
Can I change the booking after using the voucher?
Changes will be subject to the booking conditions, but the voucher value is not reissued.
Can the voucher be combined with other promotions?
Yes, it can be accumulated with the TUI summer campaign (where applicable).
Can TUI cancel the voucher?
Yes, in the following cases:
- Fraudulent use
- Invalid or duplicate codes
- Failure to comply with the conditions of the campaign
